Suffering for style: Kim Kardashian squeezed her swollen feet into a pair of perspex stilettos as she ran errands and filmed her reality show in Los Angeles on Thursday
Even though she's heavily pregnant, Kim Kardashian's love for high heels cannot be tamed. The stiletto-crazy reality star was dressed-to-the-nines as she tottered out in a pair of sky-high perspex high heels on her way to filiming popular tv series "Keeping up with the Kardashians"! While she showed little pain in her face, her feet did all of the talking. 

The Big Question is -------> How did she get those shoes on?
