Alhaji Adamu Waziri
A former minister of Police Affairs, Alhaji Adamu Waziri has disclosed that their membership of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Yobe State was intact, and that “no pressure from any leader can force us out of the party”.
According to him, “we are the genuine members of the party since its formation in 1998 and our loyalty and support will never be shaken. We are always ready to fortify our commitment to move the party forward”.
Speaking while addressing members of the party from the 17 local government areas of Yobe state held in Kano Friday that the former minister said that “the security challenges and emergency rule in our state force us to hold meeting here as part of our move to look for modalities that will bring unity and progress in our party.”
