Performing at the comedy event, which has become Port Harcourt’s most anticipated annual event, are some of Nigeria’s heavyweight comedians such as, Seyi Law, I Go Save, Osama, Igos, Buchi, and the 2016 viewers’ choice award winner from South Africa Khanyisa. Also on the bill are Accapella, Arinze Baba, Akas Baba, Kenny Blaq, D-Don, Whale Mouth, Comedy Assembly and a host of other comedians.
Complementing the long list of comedians are some of the finest musicians in the land – Mr 2Kay, Seyi Shay, Solidstar, IllBliss, Faze, Pepenazi, Sexy Steel, Doray, Amani from Kenya, Sefiya, Buckwild, Sensational Bamidele and Grafton’s newly signed artiste, Idahams amongst others.
The first edition of ‘Prince Hezekiah The Funny King’ music and comedy event was held in Port Harcourt, on September 13, 2015. The show featured the likes of I Go Dye, Gordons, Chigurl, Mc Abbey, Igos, Arinze Baba, Dan De Humourous and artistes such as KCee, Cynthia Morgan, Mr. 2Kay, Duncan Mighty and others. It was a certified sold out event in the city last year.
